and surface area of fibers per unit area, so that the meltblown cloth has good filterability, shielding, heat insulation and oil absorption . Can
be used in the fields of air, liquid filter materials, mask materials, thermal insulation materials, oil-absorbing materials etc.
水駐極生產線長寬高：12 米*4.5 米*3.5 米
水處理系統長寬高：1. 17 米*3 米2. 9.6 米*4.8 米
設備工作原理及特點：
1， 通過駐極平臺將純水加速至亞音速狀態噴射至熔噴布，使其摩擦產生飽和靜電
儲存于熔噴布， 使熔噴布得到高率效（99 以上）.
2，整線工作效率是同行的2 倍，約1200KG/天
3，放卷為主動放卷，設備自帶3 套恒張力自動跟蹤系統，停關機更平穩，布面不易
拉伸斷裂，減少了過濾效率降低的因素，熔噴布產品穩定。
4，普通電駐極很難穩定做P2 布，水駐極生產P2 布穩定，適當的基布配合水駐極
母粒可以達到生產P3。
